How does the pre-order model work?
We operate on a made-to-order basis to eliminate waste and middleman markups. Once you place an order, our artisans begin crafting your items, and we ship them directly to you once they are finished.
What kind of leather do you use for your shoes?
We exclusively use high-quality, full-grain calfskin leather sourced from gold-rated tanneries in Italy and South America, ensuring durability and a beautiful patina over time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, the process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We provide regular email updates so you can follow your product's journey through the workshop.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in unworn, brand-new condition and returned in their original packaging.
How do I know which size to choose?

Do you ship internationally?
