Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to ensure your return shipping is completely free of charge.

Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including the dust bags and any accessories, to ensure they arrive back at our facility in pristine condition.

Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange immediately.
